We will be offering a few selected classes throughout the year for the public.
You can always make up your own group of 12 or more - see below.

Bring your favorite beverage to sip  while learning, preparing and enjoying the culinary delights!

• Advance Registration & Payment Required - credit cards through Pay Pal
• 72-hour cancellation policy: Classes open to the public . If you cancel 72 hours prior to the class you will receive your money back. However if you cancel within the 72 hours there will be no refund as by that time all of the food has been purchased, recipes written and additional class preparations begun. Copies of the recipes will be sent upon request if someone is unable to attend and cancels within the 72-hour time frame. PRIVATE CLASSES (12 or more people) There is NO REFUND for individuals that cancel who are members of a private class. It is suggested you find individuals to take your place.

• Food brings people together! Many lessons learned in the kitchen can be translated to the office and the corporate world.
• The kitchen is a microcosm of the working world, with decision making, deadlines to work towards and cooperation and presentation of the final work .Cooking has an all-inclusive side to it.
• Some team building events highlight physical limitations,but in a cooking classes the playing field is leveled
• There are so many different areas a person can excel in to achieve the desired result. In fact different talents and versatility are important ingredients.
• When all the recipes are finally made, the tables set and the team members sit down to eat, the satisfaction of a job excellently done with "Teamwork" is most rewarding - in addition you eat incredible food!
